At Traut Injury Law, our support staff is a mix of educated, experienced, and compassionate team players who understand that the client comes first. Our paralegals, legal assistants, administrative assistants, medical records, and file clerks work tirelessly to ensure a process that is as seamless as possible for our clients.

MORGAN DENOS | Paralegal

Morgan Denos graduated from Chapman University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Anthropology. As Eric’s daughter, Morgan has worked for Traut Injury Law through the years in several capacities. She was recently promoted to be the senior paralegal at the firm and reports directly to Eric. Raised in a world surrounded by lawyers and judges, familiarity with the process made it easy for her to understand the work. Her responsibilities include preparing discovery requests and responses, composing detailed demand letters and mediation briefs, providing updates to clients and adjusters, and performing a variety of other tasks to help maximize the compensation for clients.

LUPE MORALES| Legal Assistant

An indispensable part of the Traut Injury Law family, Lupe Morales has been Pamela’s legal assistant since joining the firm over two years ago. Having previously worked at law firms practicing immigration law and criminal defense, her position with Traut Injury Law is her introduction to personal injury law. She attended Santa Monica Community College, receiving an AA in Social and Behavioral Science. She transferred to Loyola Marymount University, majoring in History with a minor in Economics.

EVELIA SANCHAEZ | Legal Assistant/Bookkeeper

A graduate of Santa Ana College, Evelia Sanchez began working with Traut Injury Law in 1989. She quickly became a legal assistant to Eric specifically. An essential member of the Traut Injury Law family, Evelia works on many of the high-profile, wrongful death and personal injury cases. Her responsibilities include general legal assistant tasks as well as all e-filings in California’s State and Federal courts. Evelia is also responsible for the firm’s bookkeeping.

JACLYN TRAUT | Legal Assistant

Born and raised in South Orange County, Jaclyn Traut is responsible for preparing pleadings, notices, Minor’s Compromise petitions, and dismissals. She then files them with various courts across the state. She also prepares expert disclosures and coordinates schedules for their testimony at deposition and trial. Jaclyn has the organization gene; putting things where they go comes naturally to her. She enjoys the easy, comfortable feel of the firm and especially enjoys working with family. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cal State Long Beach and believes in the unique dynamics of human experience, and is fascinated by how the brain works. Before coming to Traut Injury Law, Jaclyn worked as a nanny for 15 years. This experience has helped her understand how an injured parent or child can result in profound consequences for the entire family.

YASMIN RAMIREZ | Medical Records Clerk

Yasmin Ramirez is the Medical Records Clerk for Traut Injury Law. She brings varied work experience to the firm having been employed for four years as a law clerk for a practice that handled a wide variety of cases, a receptionist and customer service representative at Children’s Home Society of California, and record retrieval and customer service at Bienstar Medical Center in Santa Ana. Yasmin’s responsibilities include obtaining all relevant records and bills, preparing an itemized list of economic damages on behalf of the clients, and obtaining client updates and changes. She is currently enrolled at Santa Ana College to earn a certificate in Computer Information Systems.

JAIME JIMENEZ | Receptionist

Jaime Jimenez has been the front-office face and first contact on the phone for Traut Injury Law for over two years. He stepped into the role after his sister transitioned to a job in the insurance industry. Jaime and his wife reside in Corona.
