The entire Traut Family was born and raised in Southern California. The firm has been located in Santa Ana since 1977. Traut Injury Law represents clients across the entire state. We have served thousands of clients over that time, many of whom continue to refer us friends, co-workers, and relatives who have been harmed by the conduct of others.
A Glimpse into Eric Traut's Family History
These are pictures of Eric’s father, Donald Traut, and mother, Jackie Traut, taken in the early 1940’s during WW II. He was a fighter pilot in the Army Air Corps stationed in the Aleutian Islands near Alaska. After serving his country, he and Jackie moved to California in the 1950’s where they both worked hard and raised a family of five children.
Don never lost his love of planes and often sat with Eric at the end of the Fullerton airport runway on Saturdays watching planes take off and land while sharing donuts. Both Don and Jackie’s lives were marked by devout loyalty, unwavering honesty, a tenacious work ethic, and a wicked sense of humor……traits they passed on to Eric and his siblings. Eric has made it his life’s passion to help people..…help them during a time marked by catastrophic injuries or the death of a loved one.
